River Valley Campground

River Valley Campground is one of those campgrounds for serious campers. They have tube rentals so you can ride the rapids of the river that runs along the side of the river for one price all day, if you are going to do this, get your tube early in the morning and make a day of it. The back of the campground is set asside for those who like a quiet experience which means no noise after 10:00 at night. It is a little more expensive to stay back there but you can get one of the sites near that area for the same price as the front of the campground. The front part of the campground near the river is our favorite place to camp. As you can see from the pictures we rough it, we tent camp when we travel to the mountains. Why not, there is a river there that will sing you to sleep. This camground does not offer all of the ammenaties for entertaining you but it does provide a quiet place to camp.
